Client Success Account Executive, Clinical

As a Client Success Account Executive, Clinical, you will lead clinical health system accounts through strategic implementation and lifecycle management, utilizing data to drive adoption, optimize outcomes, and unlock expansion opportunities across clinical modules.

Requirements

• 5+ years experience in Client Success, Account Management, or Consulting managing high-priority customers with proven track record of driving renewals and expansion.
• Clinical background as a nurse, therapist, or advanced practitioner with ability to communicate value of clinical decision tools in driving outcomes.
• Executive presence with ability to lead and influence executive and frontline teams across varying backgrounds.
• Results-oriented approach with a track record of exceeding expectations and continuous improvement mindset.
