Recovery Support Specialist

Recovery Support Specialist provides support to patients in Residential Treatment Facilities throughout their treatment. They complete daily observations, EMR notes, and guide patients in appropriate behaviors.

Requirements

• Maintain complete hourly observation checks on assigned patients
• Complete EMR notes during proper shift location
• Ensure patients are acting appropriately and respectfully during groups
• Complete daily room checks and room searches as requested
• Process intakes and discharges with paperwork
• Transport patients to hospital and stay with them
• Monitor residential and detox phone calls and record in call logbook
• Stock supply closet
• Provide educational and support groups for patients
