Substance Use Disorder Counselor for AppleGate Recovery, responsible for providing support and assistance to patients in Medication Assisted Treatment for opioid use disorder.
Requirements
- Licensed Counselor (LCADC, CADC, LCSW, CSW, LMFT, LMFTA, LPCC, or LPCA) in the state of Tennessee
- Previous experience working with chemically dependent individuals
- Satisfactory criminal background check and drug screen
