The Senior Travel Consultant, ERM is responsible for accurately and efficiently handling incoming requests via multiple channels and handling additional duties as assigned within a global, multi-regional setup. The position demonstrates an extensive understanding and applicability of all areas in the travel industry.
Requirements
- Proven experience in ERM, marine, offshore, or crew travel environments
- Hands-on expertise managing crew movements, rotations, and disruption handling
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to perform accurately under pressure
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively within a global, multi-regional operations setup
- Solid working knowledge of the travel industry, policies, procedures and processes
- Advanced skills on GDS Amadeus
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Proven ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously
- Demonstrated excellent professional customer service and problem resolution skills
