The Travel Consultant, ERM is responsible for accurately and efficiently handling incoming contacts requests and providing active travel consultation towards business customers.
Requirements
- Proven experience in ERM, marine, offshore, or crew travel environments
- Hands-on expertise managing crew movements, rotations, and disruption handling
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to perform accurately under pressure
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively within a global, multi-regional operations setup
- Relevant skills in GDS Amadeus
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Demonstrated understanding of customer servicing excellence
- Solid working knowledge of the travel industry, policies, procedures, and processes
