Job Description
Stone Security is seeking a Support Engineer to provide exceptional technical support and troubleshooting for our advanced security software and hardware systems. This role is responsible for maintaining, integrating, and optimizing security solutions such as Milestone, LenelS2, and DMP, ensuring seamless operation for our customers.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in security systems support, technical support, or a related IT field.
- Proficiency in Milestone, LenelS2, DMP, or similar security software platforms.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills for security, video surveillance, and access control systems.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload.
