Requirements
- Driving alignment, engagement & execution between Belden and the partner’s field sales teams.
- Identify growth opportunities, performance gaps, & areas of improvement within assigned vertical and regions.
- Analysis market trends, pipeline activity, POS performance, and business obstacles to develop actionable strategies.
- Define and execute initiatives that drive incremental revenue growth and increased market penetration.
- Collaborate with Belden and partner marketing teams to develop and execute training programs, campaigns, promotions, and incentive initiatives.
- Partner closely with Belden overlay sales teams, product management, operations, and marketing to support strategic objectives and customer engagement.
- Own and deliver annual quota targets for POS growth and billings performance.
