Requirements

• Management and development of channel partners
• Operative and technical support for partners in their day-to-day business
• Organization and conduct of partner training, as well as management of contracts and certifications
• Close collaboration with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Product Management, Technical Support)
• Qualification and forwarding of leads
• Monitoring of relevant KPIs, as well as support with forecasts and reporting
• Handling of partner inquiries and escalations
