Job Description
The Lifeguard of Bellerive Country Club is responsible for ensuring a safe and enjoyable aquatic environment by enforcing all water safety policies and procedures. The Lifeguard fosters positive Member relations by providing excellent service and promoting a safe, welcoming atmosphere for all.
Requirements
- Maintain constant supervision of swimmers
- Prevent accidents and respond to emergencies
- Enforce pool rules respectfully
- Assist Members and guests with inquiries
- Ensure pool cleanliness and maintenance
