Chef de Rang, La Terrazza, Season 2026 - Splendido, a Belmond Hotel

We are looking for a Chef de Rang to join our La Terrazza Restaurant team at Splendido, A Belmond Hotel in Portofino, Italy. The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality and comfortable with challenges, providing authentic and luxury dining experiences.

Requirements

• Fluent in English and Italian; a third language preferred
• Previous professional experience within the same role in a luxury environment or fine dining restaurant
• Passion for service and ambition to grow professionally
• Effective communication, emotional intelligence, adaptability
• Collaboration: be able and willing to work as a team player
