Splendido Mare, A Belmond Hotel, is seeking a Chef de rang to join their DaV Restaurant team for the 2026 season. The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality and comfortable with challenges, with a focus on providing authentic and luxury experiences.

Requirements

• Fluent in English and Italian; a third language preferred
• Previous professional experience within the same role in a luxury environment or fine dining restaurant
• Passion for service and ambition to grow professionally
• Effective communication, emotional intelligence, adaptability
• Collaboration: be able and willing to work as a team player
