The ideal candidate has previous experience in similar establishments and/or fine dining restaurants. They will assist the chef de Partie in preparing dishes, respect food safety and hygiene standards, and have good communication and teamwork skills.

- Driving license
- Flexibility in working hours and availability on weekends
