Castello di Casole, a Belmond property, is seeking a Maitre for season 2026. The Maitre will oversee the restaurant and room service outlets, ensuring high standards and guest satisfaction.

Requirements

• Previous experience (3–4 years) in a senior service role within a luxury or high-end restaurant environment, ideally internationally.
• Fluent in Italian and English; proficiency in a third language (Spanish, French, or German) is preferred.
• Strong leadership abilities, with proven experience training, guiding, and motivating a team.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the emotional intelligence needed to navigate diverse guest and team interactions.
• Sommelier certification and/or gastronomy studies preferred.
• Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning through courses, workshops, or other professional development.
