As a Guest Relation Trainee, you will be a key part of the luxury experience at Monasterio, a Belmond Hotel, Cusco. You will interact with guests and provide support to ensure a warm, efficient, and aligned attention to our standards.

Requirements

• Welcoming and attending to guests at the hotel and/or airport counter
• Registering, storing, and reintegrating luggage of guests in transit
• Providing constant support in the hotel lobby and arrival lounge
• Packing luggage or delicate items, protecting guests' objects properly
• Assisting with taxi service and accompanying the guest to the vehicle
