Requirements
- Technician or professional in Hospitality and Tourism, Hotel Administration, Administration, or related fields.
- Minimum 1-year experience as a Front Desk Receptionist or Concierge, preferably in hotels or high-end establishments.
- Advanced English level and intermediate-level proficiency in a third language.
- Knowledge of Opera, billing, and general culture.
- Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Amiability, cordiality, dynamism, order, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and provide exceptional service at all times.
