As a Receptionist at Palacio Nazarenas, a Belmond Hotel, Cusco, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and a key ambassador of the Belmond experience. You will ensure a smooth, warm, and personalized check-in and check-out process, aligned with LQA's standards of excellence.
Requirements
- Technical or Professional degree in Hospitality and Tourism, Hotel Administration, Administration, or related fields.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Receptionist or Concierge in hotels or hospitality services.
- Knowledge of Opera management, billing processes, general culture, and intermediate-level proficiency in a third language.
- Advanced-level proficiency in English.
- Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to provide warm and cordial service, reflecting Belmond's hospitality standards.
- Ability to adapt to dynamic and service-oriented environments.
- Ability to maintain order and precision in information management, processes, and documentation.
- Competency in active listening, need anticipation, and timely solution provision to guests.
