Job Description
Splendido, A Belmond Hotel, is looking for a Sommelier to join their Pool Grill Restaurant team for the next season. The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality and comfortable with challenges, providing authentic and luxury dining experiences.
Requirements
- Working experience of minimum 3 years within the same role in Luxury Hotel’s Industry
- Experience in Fine Dining Restaurant required (Michelin is a plus)
- Fluent in English and Italian; a third language preferred
- Sommelier AIS or FISAR
- Professional knowledge of Italian cuisine and Italian & International wines
- HACCP certification
