Splendido Mare, A Belmond Hotel, is looking for a Head Sommelier to join their team for the next season. The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality and comfortable with challenges, providing authentic and luxury experiences.

Requirements

• Working experience of minimum 3 years within the same role in Luxury Hotel's Industry
• Experience in Fine Dining Restaurant required (Michelin is a plus)
• Fluent in English and Italian; a third language preferred
