Deposit Operations Specialist III

Beneficial State Bank is seeking a Deposit Operations Specialist III to lead and manage complex back-office operational processes, support the branch network and other departments, and ensure seamless operations. The ideal candidate is deeply committed to the bank's mission to transform the banking industry from within.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university, or equivalent level of experience and industry education.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in Central/Deposit Operations in a financial institution.
• 2+ years of experience working with Fiserv DNA core or Fiserv products/programs.
• Knowledge of and experience with NACHA rules and guidelines
• Proven ability to manage complex projects and mentor team members.
• Advanced certifications in banking operations or compliance (e.g., Accredited ACH Professional)
