Relationship Banker

We are seeking a Relationship Banker to develop new and existing business and consumer banking relationships by actively sourcing new business from prospective clients and by contacting existing clients to retain and expand banking relationships, to meet or exceed assigned goals.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent work-related experience
• 3 years of experience in commensurate training in retail activities, including sales and cash handling
• Proficient in use of Microsoft Office applications
• Positive and professional customer service and sales skills
• Strong computer skills, specifically in Microsoft Windows environment
• Effective oral, written and interpersonal communication skills
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work with general supervision while performing duties
