Requirements
- 10+ years of experience building and scaling high-traffic consumer-facing products in ecommerce, fintech, or fundraising
- Proven track record of designing and analyzing conversion funnels, identifying drop-off points, and designing for high-performance outcomes
- Strong understanding of user psychology, accessibility, and design fundamentals
- Experience with Figma and emerging AI-native tools
- Leadership skills, with ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive design processes
