Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in building and scaling high-traffic consumer-facing products in ecommerce, fintech, or fundraising
- Proven track record of designing for the 'emotional high' of a transaction
- Deep understanding of user psychology and how to design for high-performance outcomes
- Master of Figma and emerging AI-native tools
- Deep knowledge of WCAG 2.1/2.2 and a portfolio that proves designing for accessibility
