Benevity is looking for a Staff Product Designer to transform their donation experience into a world-class experience. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building and scaling high-traffic consumer-facing products and a deep understanding of user psychology.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in building and scaling high-traffic consumer-facing products
- Deep understanding of user psychology and behavioral science
- Experience with Figma and emerging AI-native tools
- Strong knowledge of accessibility principles (WCAG 2.1/2.2)
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
