Job Description
The Guest Service Supervisor is responsible for accurately registering and checking out guests, maintaining guest accounts; dispensing information about the hotel and creating an overall atmosphere of service and hospitality with a high level of professionalism.
Requirements
- Excellent background in customer service
- Organization skills and attention to detail
- Good grooming and good personal presentation
- Minimum 2 years of previous supervisor experience in the hospitality/guest services industry preferred
- Basic computer literacy with keyboarding skills
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal communication and phone skills
- CPR/Red Cross first aid certified preferred
- Ability to read, speak and write fluently in English
- Ability to multi-task and display grace under pressure
- Able to stand for long periods of time
- Previous cash handling abilities
