Provide technical assistance for ProjectWise, a cloud collaboration and engineering document management platform. Work with Development, Professional Services, and Sales departments to drive user success.
Provide expert troubleshooting and support via email, service tickets, phone, and the Bentley Communities portal. Isolate, diagnose, and resolve technical issues, or escalate complex bugs to internal teams.
Ideal candidate has a passion for problem analysis, structured troubleshooting, and advocating for user success. Strong critical thinking, proactive time management, and a dedicated 'user-first' mentality are essential.
