Solution Advisor (Presales) - French Speaking: Partner with Sales team to support new enterprise customers, lead product demonstrations, and design proof-of-concepts tailored to customer needs.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in HR Technology (presales, sales, or consulting), or in an in-house role within reward, compensation, performance management, or pay equity teams
• Native-level French and fluent English
• Strong presentation, meeting facilitation, and demo skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Proactive mindset with strong ownership and accountability
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Team-oriented, flexible, and collaborative approach
