Requirements
- Repairs and monitors air conditioning systems, heating systems, steam systems, temperature readings on fans and pumps, heating, cooling, and re-circulation pumps.
- Maintains chilled water, steam, condensate, roof leader, glass acid piping and all other related piping.
- Performs plumbing installation and repair, snakes out drain lines and sewers, troubleshoots electrical and pneumatic controls and checks air compressors.
- Responds to elevator emergencies, performs general repair to building and equipment on assigned zone/floor as requested.
- Maintains established departmental policies and procedures, objectives, quality assurance program, safety, environmental, and infection control standards.
