Sales Director Canada (Horticulture)

We are looking for a Canadian Sales Director to complete our sales leadership team. You will be responsible for the business development of the region and the leadership of your five sales team members located Canada.

Requirements

• Develop and define the sales strategy to achieve objectives and prepare action plans
• Plan activities related to the department's annual cycle and ensure they run smoothly
• Lead the sales force of the territory by creating a strategic plan and participating in the development of new markets
• Build a strong sales team culture
• Travel on a regular basis within North America
