Director of Quality

The Director of Quality leads a centralized Quality organization responsible for supplier quality, in-house system build quality, contract manufacturer quality, and system-level ship readiness across Berkshire Grey’s full product portfolio.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive experience in quality leadership roles, preferably in robotics, automation, industrial equipment, or complex electromechanical systems.
• Strong leadership, communication, and executive-level presentation skills.
• Experience working cross-functionally with Engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Software teams.

Benefits

• Base salary range $180k-$240k
