Job Description
The Human Resources Director is a senior operational and strategic leader responsible for ensuring the effective delivery of all Human Resources programs, processes, and services across the region. This role leads a team of HR Business Partners and HR Generalists, ensuring consistent execution, compliance, and alignment with business strategy.
Requirements
- Ten (10)+ years of progressive HR experience, including experience managing HRBPs or HR teams.
- Demonstrated expertise in HR operations, employee relations, performance management, and policy governance.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, compliance requirements, and HR operational best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, judgment, and decision-making abilities.
- Proven ability to scale processes, build teams, and operate in a fast-paced environment.
