Job Description
Bestow is seeking a Team Lead for Customer Experience to lead and mentor a team of Customer Care Advisors (CCAs). This role is focused on providing expert guidance, coaching, and process improvement to improve customer and agent interactions. The ideal candidate will be customer-obsessed and possess leadership skills to deliver a world-class customer experience.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in a customer service role
- Strong understanding of life insurance customer issues
- Proficient with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
- Valid life insurance license
- Leadership experience in a department setting
