Job Description
BETA Group, Inc. is seeking an experienced Billing Administrator to join their growing Engineering firm. The role involves managing end-to-end billing for AEC projects, collaborating with Project Managers, and promoting consistency across the team.
Requirements
- Associate degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent
- Experience with Deltek Vantagepoint or Deltek Vision Software
- Proficient in Microsoft Applications (Teams, Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Organized self-starter, effective time planner, and results-oriented
- Strong initiative, eagerness to learn, and ability to work independently and as a team player
- Meticulous attention to detail with a focus on compliancy to processes and procedures
- Effective communication and interaction with clients and all staff levels in a service-oriented environment
- Ability to lift/move objects weighing up to 20 pounds
- Ability to stand or sit for long periods of time
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
