Billing Administrator

BETA Group, Inc. seeks an experienced Billing Administrator to join its growing Engineering firm. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service, and experience with Deltek Vision or Vantagepoint. This role offers valuable exposure to project financial performance with opportunities for growth.

Requirements

• Manage end-to-end billing for a portfolio of AEC projects
• Collaborate with Project Managers to review invoices and resolve issues
• Prepare and process a mix of billing types
• Support client billing questions and resolve discrepancies
• Maintain accurate customer information in company database
• Review and understand contract terms to ensure proper billing setup
• Track and manage unbilled activity
• Support month-end close by ensuring timely and accurate data entry in Vantagepoint
• Research discrepancies and debit memos to accurately process credits/debits to customer accounts
• Provide auditors with requested documentation and reports as needed
• Contribute to team success by taking on additional responsibilities as assigned
