Job Description
BETA is seeking an experienced Highway Project Engineer to join their team. The role involves performing highway design, developing contract plans, mentoring staff, and collaborating with clients and service areas. Requirements
- Perform engineering design, review, and preparation of contract documents.
- Provide technical oversight mentoring junior staff.
- Prepare and review contract documents and reports.
- Collaborate with design team members and provide technical support.
- Provide client service and assist with proposal pursuits.
- Ability to collect field data and perform asset inspections.
- Ability to lift/move objects weighing up to 40 pounds.
- Ability to perform field work in both hot and cold weather.
- Ability to stand or sit for long periods of time.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
