Clinical Pharmacist - Medical Oncology

The Department of Pharmacy at Mount Auburn Hospital is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist in Medical Oncology to join our team. This pharmacist will work in a mainly decentralized role, including providing clinical coverage for medical oncology patients, potential cross coverage of medical/surgical patients, and teaching opportunities within our Pharmacy Residency Program.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy (five-year degree program) from an accredited college of pharmacy
• Licensure to practice in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts from the Board of Registration in Pharmacy
• Good oral and interpersonal communication skills
• Extensive knowledge and ability in all areas of the department including: IV Admixtures, Drug Information, Ambulatory, Manufacturing, and Drug Distribution
• Comprehensive knowledge of Pharmacotherapy
• Ability to work collaboratively as a member of the patient care team
