Job Description
Join the growing BILH team and make a meaningful impact in patient care as a Lead Clinical Pharmacist at Winchester Center for Cancer Care. This lead pharmacist position is responsible for performing clinical review and verification of oncology and medical infusion medication orders, serving as a resource for nursing and physician for drug information and patient specific therapeutic questions, and supervising sterile products and dispensing in accordance with state and federal regulations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in pharmacy required
- Massachusetts Pharmacist License required
- 3+ years experience as a licensed pharmacist required in a related practice setting
- Strong analytical skills, defining work problems, and designing a system of procedures to resolve problems
- Demonstrated interpersonal and management skills necessary to educate and supervise staff
- Ability to handle non-routine tasks
- Ability to confront difficult issues and to solve problems
- Ability to work accurately to meet deadlines and consistently make sound decisions that fall within satisfactory boundaries
