Maintenance Technician

The Maintenance Technician – Lead is responsible for performing advanced maintenance, repair, and preventive maintenance of building systems and equipment while providing day-to-day leadership and coordination of maintenance activities.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required
• 5–8 years of related maintenance experience required
• Trade license preferred; multi-trade skillset strongly preferred
• Experience with computer systems required, including: Web-based applications, Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access)
• Ability to exert up to 50 pounds occasionally and up to 20 pounds frequently
