Incident Manager

We are seeking an Incident Manager to lead our Incidents Team, ensuring maximum service availability and performance for our customers. You will be responsible for managing incidents, maintaining systems, and handling events or incidents within the infrastructure and providers.

Requirements

• Detection, correlation and analysis of events in the technical environment
• Leading a team, maintaining KPI's and overall vision
• Windows server support, Linux server support, Containers, Virtualization
• Web site technologies (Javascript, React,.Net, etc), Puppet, Octopus, CI/CD systems
• Scripting methods (Powershell, BASH, etc), AWS, and Networking
• High quality communication skills both written and spoken in English
