Job Description
BetterHelp is seeking a Head of Lifecycle Marketing to lead and scale lifecycle strategy across its multi-sided marketplace. The successful candidate will own the end-to-end lifecycle vision and drive engagement, retention, and lifetime value across audiences.
Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in CRM or lifecycle marketing
- 5+ years in senior leadership roles
- Proven success in developing and scaling multi-channel lifecycle programs
- Experience building and scaling high-performing lifecycle or CRM teams
- Deep expertise in segmentation, personalization, and A/B testing
