The Business Development Executive will be responsible for developing, solutioning, and closing new business opportunities, as well as retaining existing customer accounts, ensuring profitable growth without compromising service quality.
Requirements
- Lead a variety of FM bids to meet and exceed agreed sales targets
- Develop and build long-term professional customer relationships
- Meet and exceed defined annual UK sales targets
- Maintain excellent relationships and after-sales support
- Identify and develop a long-term active pipeline
- Own the full sales lifecycle
- Create pitch documentation using BGIS standard templates
- Work collaboratively with the Client Solutions team
- Represent the company at industry events
- Stay updated on industry developments, competitor activity, and market trends
