Job description
The Crew Lead is responsible for overseeing a team of Technicians in the delivery of preventative and corrective maintenance, routine and on-demand services on facility mechanical and electrical equipment and systems. They oversee the execution of activities by technicians, ensuring compliance with established processes and requirements, including environmental, health and safety, fire protection. In addition to people leadership responsibilities, the Crew Lead also performs and delivers preventative and corrective maintenance and regular services.
