Job Description
As a Consultant – Oracle at Mastek, you will play a key role in assisting organizations with their cloud transformation journey, particularly in Oracle HCM applications.
Requirements
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and objectives related to Oracle applications.
- Implement and configure Oracle HCM modules, with a focus on Benefits and related functionalities.
- Leverage expertise in OTL (Oracle Time & Labor) and Fast Formula to design and deliver optimized solutions.
- Conduct client workshops, lead solution design, and perform module configuration.
- Provide training and support to end-users to drive adoption of Oracle solutions.
- Participate in testing, troubleshooting, and performance enhancements.
- Stay current with Oracle updates and best practices to ensure client satisfaction.
- Handle multiple tasks and switch contexts quickly in dynamic work environments.
- Manage customer-facing responsibilities and be comfortable representing Mastek with clients.
