Founding Account Executive 🇩🇪

Bigblue is a tech-driven logistics platform that helps independent brands scale faster while delivering a five-star customer experience. We're seeking an entrepreneurial Account Executive to help launch Bigblue in the German market and shape our approach from the ground up.

Requirements

• At least 3 years experience selling complex product (SaaS, e-commerce, or logistics preferred)
• Native/near-native German with professional English
• Strong understanding of German e-commerce landscape and business culture.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Data-driven approach to sales with strong analytical skills.
• Adaptability and willingness to wear multiple hats in a startup environment.
• Eagerness to learn and grow professionally in a fast-paced environment.
