Job Description
Bigblue is looking for an Onboarding Manager to ensure customer satisfaction throughout the onboarding process. The role involves coaching, advising, and guiding customers from signup to their first successful shipments, working in a hands-on and operational way.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a client-facing role
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Fluent in Spanish and English
- Analytical mindset
- Strong emotional resilience and ability to handle high-pressure client situations
