Building Services Associate - Part Time

The Building Services Associate is a key member of the property management team, providing customer service to residents, vendors, and co-workers, and monitoring the premise for disturbances, lockouts, or infractions of community rules.

Requirements

• Provides excellent customer service
• Light cleaning of bathrooms, party rooms, dog wash, and pool areas
• Assists residents with package pick-ups, reserving and accessing amenities, and general customer service needs
• Monitors building premise to prevent and detect signs of intrusion and ensure security of doors, windows, and gates
• Writes reports of daily activities and irregularities

Benefits

• Hiring Pay Range: $18.00 - $20.00
