Job Description
The Building Services Associate provides superior customer service to residents, vendors and co-workers, monitors the premise for disturbances, and supports employee-first culture.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 1+ year of customer service experience
- Experience in law enforcement or building security is preferred
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Fluent in English with strong skills in oral and written communication
- Ability to use tact and diplomacy in a clear, courteous manner when dealing with co-workers and the public
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Benefits
- Hiring Pay Range: $18.00 - $20.00
- Safe and Sick time earned at 1 hour for every 30 hours worked
