Leasing Consultants are responsible for apartment rentals, move-ins, and lease renewals. They interact with prospective and current residents to achieve maximum occupancy.

Requirements

• Answer incoming phone inquiries
• Provide tours of available apartments
• Qualify prospective renters
• Move-in new renters and conduct move-out inspections
• Follow-up with residents on lease renewals
