BILL is a Fintech company looking for a Growth Account Executive to join their sales team. The role involves prospecting, qualifying, and converting leads into paying customers, identifying customer pain points, and prioritizing a book of business.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree preferred or work equivalent
- Organized and process-oriented while being creative and willing to try new approaches
- Confident, articulate phone presence and written communication
- Inside sales, lead generation, outbound marketing sales experience
- Experience using Sales & Marketing productivity tools and CRM systems (i.e. Salesforce)
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Willing to make 40+ outbound calls per day
- High motivated, goal-oriented, self-starting individual
- Communication - Direct and articulate, exceptional writing skills
- Organized, ability to multi-task and prioritize
- Strong time-management skills
