Requirements
- 5–7 years of experience in Marketing Operations, Revenue Operations, or a similar technical marketing role
- Deep proficiency with Marketing Automation Platforms (Marketo, HubSpot, or Inflection.io) and CRM systems (Salesforce)
- Strong understanding of B2B marketing funnels, lead scoring models, and attribution methodologies
- Experience managing data workflows, including list segmentation, data enrichment, and database hygiene
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into technical specifications and process diagrams
- Experience working with CDPs (Segment, etc.) and data activation workflows is a strong plus
