Job Description
BillionToOne is seeking a Regional Manager for their Prenatal division (Great Plains) to build, develop, and lead a high-performing team. The role involves building sales strategies, recruiting and managing a team, and effectively communicating clinical information to OBGYNs, MFMs, and GCs. This position offers a remote opportunity to impact prenatal and cancer diagnostics. The team is a single-gene NIPT supported carrier and aneuploidy screen.
Requirements
- Minimum 4+ years of field sales management experience leading a team at a molecular diagnostics company (e.g., Women's Health, Prenatal, or Reproductive Health).
- Strong experience hiring, developing, coaching, and motivating sales reps.
- Demonstrated successful sales track record (multiple awards, President’s Club, etc.).
- Excellent organizational and communication skills with demonstrated ability to effectively present to customers.
